Cupping Notes: At the darker roast level, tasters tend to experience a more sweet peanut buttery and pinon nut sensation with a classic high end coffee finish. 

About the bean: Our beloved White Rabbit is roasted from organic green beans grown on a female-owned and family operated, award-winning farm in Honduras. Here, farmers are paid 300% higher than Fair-Trade standards. This coffee has been auctioned for over $35 a pound for unroasted beans due to receiving a high score of 87 points for their noteworthy organic coffee.
