Specialty grade coffee. A mélange roast made from a proprietary blend primarily from the central Americas. While almost all our coffee selections are made to order this special event roast was made on 11/19/25 specifically for an in person event and is now being offered in very limited quantities for those who could not attend the event. This particular roast is a light to medium mélange meaning it is the same blend of beans combined from a series of roasts at different levels in order to provide a wider ranger of flavor notes. This labor intensive process is a rarer and labor intensive process. Pretty in Pink has never been offered before and will no longer be offered once supplies are gone.
