Colombia Supremo - LIGHT roast - 8 oz

A delicate to medium body this "Supremo" grade Colombian coffee undergoes an artisanal process on site which involves hand sorting through 17/18 screens for the best beans for your cup of coffee. The coffee is grown and harvested on site in the rich and fertile volcanic soils of Huila, Colombia which offer a well balanced cup of pleasant complexity.

Cupping notes: well balanced acidity with a medium body. A sweet start with notes of tart fruit and a bitter sweet finish.
